Key Role: Sales Engineer
As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in assessing prospect's technical requirements and applying extensive knowledge of our products to illustrate how a deal will satisfy the client's unmet needs.
This position requires strong collaboration with the sales team to help customers evaluate and prove the value of our solution. You will foster relationships with decision-makers at all levels of an organization and negotiate competing needs of multiple stakeholders within an organization.
* Secure technical wins using methods such as demos, RFP/RFI responses, lead POVs, partner with engineering for requested features, and participate in conferences and industry events.
Requirements:
* Experience as a Sales Engineer / Pre-Sales Engineer is required.
* Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message sales frameworks is a plus.
* Experience selling into Enterprise (3+ years) and Mid Market prospects is necessary.
* A strong understanding of container technologies (Kubernetes, Serverless, Docker), cloud technology (AWS, Azure, Google, etc.), cloud security or containers security, App Security is essential.
* Startup experience is highly valued.
* The ability to build credibility with customers and work collaboratively as a team player is crucial.
