Financial Assistant Position
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Financial Assistant to join our close-knit finance team. This is a varied and hands-on role where your experience will be valued, and your contribution genuinely appreciated.
This position involves managing accounts payable and receivable, performing daily and monthly bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and general ledger support. You will also handle insurance renewals and processing claims, maintain the Fixed Assets register, prepare Fringe Benefits Tax documentation, and support monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
You will bring a proactive, can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety and can hit the ground running. You will have strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced level), confidence working independently, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a small team, clear, professional communication, and a positive approach.
