What you'll be doing:
* Generate new vendor leads and property listings through prospecting, networking, and local partnerships
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, and community contacts
* Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to expand market presence
* Collaborate with marketing to drive local campaigns and track lead performance
* Report on business development activities and results to leadership
What you'll need:
* Certificate IV (Restricted/Unrestricted)
* Real Estate experience (either Sales/PM)
* Must love outbound/lead generation & networking
