Key Responsibilities:
* Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles with precision and finesse.
* Delight guests by answering their questions and concerns about the origin, vintage, and style of various wines.
* Maintain our extensive wine list and inventory management system up-to-date.
* Pair and suggest wines that perfectly complement our menu offerings.
* Nurture relationships with wine vendors and suppliers to enhance our offerings.
* Request new wines and products to increase our selection.
* Create and update wine lists to showcase our diverse wine selection.
* Design and implement wine promotions and incentive programs to drive sales.
* Maintain accurate inventory levels of wine cellar, equipment, and glassware.
* Train and educate server and bartender staff on wine knowledge and service standards.
* Conduct regular wine tastings and quality control checks.
