Must pass a background check performed by the school.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coach student-athletes at all levels of the boys' volleyball program.Instruct athletes in fundamental skills, strategies, and physical training to promote individual and team development.Build a competitive and character-driven program aligned with ERA's core values.Collaborate with the Athletic Director, Assistant Athletic Director, parents, and coaches to coordinate schedules and supervise transportation needs.Plan and host award banquets, camps, and conditioning events.Manage and maintain all issued equipment and uniforms.Maintain consistent communication with the Athletic Director regarding athlete needs, incidents, and program concerns.Foster strong communication with coaching staff, athletes, parents, and the broader community.Maintain knowledge of league and CHSAA regulations related to high school boys' volleyball.Support and participate in program fundraising efforts.Adhere to league, district, and CHSAA policies and regulations.Provide accurate and timely budget information to the Athletic Director.Equal OpportunityEagle Ridge Academy is an equal opportunity employer.
