Whitehorse Manningham Libraries promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering exposure to leading technologies and excellent career development opportunities.Your new roleIn this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for:Providing Level 1 and 2 IT support for end users.Assisting with the support, operations and administration of Library computer systems, network and communications resources.Assisting in the configuration, installation and maintenance of computers, network hardware and software.Providing administration, asset management and other assistance as required in the daily operation of the Information Communication Technology Department.Being an integral part of the continuous ICT device upgrade program.Maintaining, developing and taking responsibility for the organisation's Standard Operating Environment for computer systems.Coordinating and taking responsibility for the deployment of software releases, updates and patching; including antivirus/security management of all organisational computer systems with the aid of device management software.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will have:Experience providing Level 1 and 2 IT support both on-site and remotely.Proven experience with Windows 7-11, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange and network troubleshooting.Excellent communication and customer service experience.Prior experience with Pharos and / or Spydus is highly regarded.Tertiary education in IT, alongside industry certifications, is highly advantageous.Valid Victorian Driving Licence.The ability to obtain a valid Working with Children Check and National Police Check.What you'll get in returnWorking in an organisation where they develop and grow careers, you will be offered an excellent salary package, with certifications and training provided.
