Main Responsibilities:
* Review and analyse sketches, drawings and engineering data received from external consultants and clients.
* Create detailed engineering designs and construction drawings compliant with industry standards and codes.
* Analyse and prepare reports, drawings and planning documents for urban development projects.
* Liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis to manage project variations.
Requirements:
* High level technical knowledge of industry codes and standards.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
* High level industry awareness and engagement.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in preparation of concept and detailed designs for land development projects.
