The Opportunity
Drive leasing success and deliver outstanding residential service in a premium Build To Rent (BTR) community at INDI Southbank. Reporting to the Leasing Manager, you'll lead leasing strategies, convert inspections, and nurture prospective residents through the entire leasing journey.
At a Glance
* Achieve occupancy and rental targets with a focus on premium BTR benefits
* Manage CRM efficiently and maintain accurate leasing records
* Conduct compelling property tours and lease negotiations
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
* Collaborate with our internal marketing team to showcase properties at their best
Contract
This is a fixed-term contract position that will conclude in May 2027.
Skills & Experience
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia
* Current Agent's Representative Certification + 1 year post qualification experience
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
* Strong problem‐solving and results‐driven mindset
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet KPIs
