Here’s what you will be doing:
- Gain practical experience and exposure to all areas of Austal’s business.
- Work on development of innovative vessels including propulsion, structural design, electrical systems, and automation.
- Support operations by ensuring financial integrity and strategic growth through budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success and operational excellence.
- Participate in periodic placements across multiple functions including Production, Procurement, Design, Engineering, Commercial, and Programs.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Students in their final year of study in 2025 or recent graduates not yet in professional work.
- Australian Citizenship.
