Event Operations Coordinator

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced event coordinator to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality events. As an Event Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, catering, audio-visual equipment and stage management. You will also provide administrative support to the events team, preparing event documentation and ensuring that all events are executed with precision and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, catering, audio-visual equipment and stage management.
* Provide administrative support to the events team, preparing event documentation and ensuring that all events are executed with precision and attention to detail.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events.
* Manage and maintain accurate records and reports related to event planning and execution.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will have experience in event coordination and administration, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality events. Additionally, you will have a strong understanding of logistics and operations, with the ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.
