This is a hands‐on marketing leadership role inside a fast‐moving FMCG business. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll work closely with cross‐functional teams to bring campaigns, product launches and retail activity to life. You'll lead one direct report, ensuring strong delivery and high execution standards across the brand.

What You'll Be Working OnCampaigns & Launches
* Own the development and execution of the brand campaign calendar
* Brainstorm and lead integrated campaigns and product launches end to end with the internal creative team
* Drive cross‐functional alignment to ensure work lands on brand and on time
* Collaborate to deliver cohesive rollouts across all channels in the marketing mix
* Lead campaign reporting and post‐campaign analysis to inform future planning
* Lead NPD and EPD from initial scoping through to rollout
* Own launch plans, timelines and cross‐functional coordination
* Drive portfolio optimisation and contribute to range review strategies
* Oversee packaging updates and artwork delivery with the internal graphic design team
Trade Marketing & Retail Execution
* Own and execute the end‐to‐end trade marketing plan across all retailers
* Develop retailer‐specific activation plans aligned to brand and commercial objectives
* Lead annual and quarterly trade planning in collaboration with Sales
* Support promotional strategy, in‐store visibility and activation excellence
* Support the development of range review decks with a clear portfolio and marketing lens, including brand strategy, innovation pipeline and activation plans
* Leverage category, shopper and sales data to optimise performance and unlock growth
* Oversee POS and branded merchandise to ensure strong and consistent in‐store presence
* Own budget tracking, forecasts and campaign cost management
* Lead ROI analysis and post‐activity reviews
* Apply strong understanding of margin, performance drivers and commercial inputs
Events, PR & Partnerships
* Lead activations, tradeshows and brand events in partnership with internal teams and agency partners
* Lead PR, influencer activity and brand collaborations
* Manage the PR agency relationship and oversee day‐to‐day PR opportunities
