This is an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Accountant looking to build strong technical capability and progress within a respected advisory practice. The Role: Prepare financial statements, income tax returns and supporting workpapers Assist with BAS, IAS and general tax compliance obligations Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processing Assist with month-end and year-end accounting tasks Work with SMSF administration and related reporting where required Liaise with clients and support day-to-day accounting queries Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflow efficiency Work collaboratively with senior accountants and managers across engagements About You: Degree qualified in Accounting or related field (or working towards) 1–3 years’ experience in public practice accounting Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax compliance Experience with Xero, MYOB or similar accounting systems Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Good communication and client service ability Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines What’s On Offer: Structured training and ongoing professional development CA/CPA study support and mentoring Clear career progression pathways within the firm Collaborative and supportive team culture Exposure to a diverse client base across multiple industries Access to modern systems and tools Regular team social events Early finish on Fridays (2.30pm) Flexible and supportive working environment This is an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Accountant looking to build long-term capability, gain exposure across advisory and compliance work, and develop their career within a supportive and well-established professional services firm.
