We’re on the lookout for a skilled Leading Hand Storeperson to keep Beerenberg’s warehouse operations running smoothly. As a key member of our Warehouse team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our iconic South Australian products move efficiently from farm to shelf. * You’ll steer the flow of stock like a pro, from receiving and unloading to FEFO rotation, picking, packing, and dispatch, making sure every load (local, export, or linehaul) leaves exactly when it should.
* You’ll be the master of our warehouse systems, keeping documentation, labels, and consignment notes accurate, traceable, and up to date, no detail too small.
* You’ll be our quality and foodsafety champion, ensuring every pallet, carton, and chilled item meets QA, HACCP, and Beerenberg standards before it moves a metre.
* You’ll lead from the front, guiding and supporting warehouse staff, promoting safe work practices, and helping everyone stay aligned with company procedures.
* You’ll keep the warehouse in peak condition, supporting audits, stocktakes, GMP checks, and the tidyups that make everything run smoother (and safer).
* You’ll spot smarter ways to work, suggesting and supporting process improvements that lift efficiency, safety, and quality across the warehouse.
* You’ll be ready to roll from 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, prime time for warehouse magic.

* Shine in a team setting, building easy, productive relationships with staff, managers, suppliers, and customers, and keeping communication clear, warm, and effective.
* Have a sharp eye and a sharper mind, spotting errors, improving processes, solving problems creatively, and keeping warehouse operations running smoothly.
* Bring customerfocused, techsavvy confidence, comfortable using MS Office, PC-based systems, Attache, and any tools that help the job get done right.
* Lead with safety and smarts, understanding Risk Management, Food Safety, OHS, and warehouse best practice, all backed by handson logistics or foodmanufacturing experience.
* Step up as a capable leader with your High Risk Forklift Licence, solid WHS training, and proven supervisory experience, keeping your team safe, supported, and performing at their best.
* Are Adelaide-based. All our food manufacturing takes place on our family farm in Hahndorf, which is where we’ve lived and breathed our craft for six generations.
* Approach tasks with impeccable attention to detail and a calm, can-do attitude.
