Responsibilities
Lead and inspire care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a commercially sustainable way.
Maintain and enhance residents' health and well-being, independence, choice, privacy, dignity and safety.
Build a customer-centric home and deliver exceptional care outcomes.
Deliver commercially superior and sustainable results aligned with operational and financial objectives.
Establish and leverage collaborative relationships to deliver successful outcomes.
About You / Qualifications
Previous experience as General Manager in an Aged Care Facility (will be highly regarded).
Current AHPRA registration and Bachelor of Nursing.
Demonstrated knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation and auditing processes.
Commitment to high quality care, staff development, and continuous improvement of the site.
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; proven people management ability.
High degree of business acumen and excellent customer service.
Ability to build and lead teams; good computer literacy.
Valid working rights in Australia.
