You'll take charge of a portfolio of supermarket-based product stands across Perth, making sure they're always full, on point and commercially humming.
You're not out hunting new accounts - you're the person who transforms existing space into a genuine sales engine through clever range, sharp execution and strong relationships with store teams. This is a hands-on, out-on-the-road role where you'll split your time between visiting stores, coaching merchandisers, checking standards and using simple data to decide what needs to go where.
You'll see the impact of your work in real time: better sell-through, lower waste and store managers who want you back every week. Why this will suit youYou love being on the move, not stuck behind a desk. You get a buzz from seeing a display go from "messy and average" to "wow, that looks incredible" - and watching sales follow. You're organised enough to juggle multiple sites, but practical enough to roll your sleeves up and fix issues on the spot. You enjoy being the go-to person for store managers, merchandisers and customers when something needs to happen quickly.Own the stand.
Own the results. On top of that, you'll have the stability of a Monday–Friday role with flexible start and finish times, plus the chance to lean in a bit harder during big seasonal peaks when the category really comes alive. You'll be supported by a small, close-knit team and work directly with the business owner, so good ideas actually get implemented - especially if they make life easier, smarter or more efficient. What's in it for youSalary circa $80k–$90k + super, with some flex for the right person.Full autonomy to run your patch like it's your own business, as long as the numbers and standards are heading in the right direction.Genuine progression as the operation grows... this role is central to how the category performs.On-site parking at HQ and a role that's mostly out with customers, not chained to a laptop. You'll thrive here if...You've worked in sales, account management, territory management or merchandising (FMCG, grocery, fresh, or similar).
You're comfortable talking shop with store managers and coaching merchandisers in a clear, respectful way.You like using simple reports to make decisions on range, stock and displays, instead of guessing and hoping. You're reliable, responsive and the kind of person who closes loops rather than leaving things half done.If you're ready to take real ownership of a category, see your impact in store every week, and join a niche, growing operation where your work actually matters, hit Apply and I (Andrew) will be in touch.
