About this Field Sales Opportunity
As a sales professional, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key supermarket, corporate banner, and pharmacy accounts across your territory.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers, department managers, and MSOs to drive sales growth and business development.
* Promote new product lines, seasonal offers, and promotional activities to increase sales revenue and customer engagement.
* Ensure effective distribution, merchandising, and ticketing compliance in all stores to optimize sales performance.
* Maintain accurate call cycles, reporting, and store records to inform business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
* Support national/state promotional plans and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to drive business results.
Requirements
* Proven success in sales or related roles, preferably in the FMCG industry.
* Excellent relationship-building skills, ability to influence at store level, and strong communication skills.
* Well-organized with excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven.
* Proficient in using ordering/reporting platforms and confident in working with Microsoft Outlook.
* Experience in grocery, independent retail, or pharmacy advantageous.
* Physically fit and capable of meeting the role's requirements, including regular store visits, merchandising, and lifting/carrying stock where required.
