Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Central Lead Consultant to join our post-implementation Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing D365BC solutions, responding to client support requests, monitoring system performance, and identifying potential issues.
This is an exciting opportunity for a techno-functional consultant who takes pride in anticipating client needs and offering proactive solutions to potential challenges. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 5+ years' experience development in D365 Business Central/NAV
* Experience in a support environment - incident management, release management, and change management
* Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, scope, and design requirements and development (including unit-testing) of requests for clients
* Able to multitask, work under pressure, and to tight deadlines
* Broad understanding of almost all standard Business Central modules
