Responsibilities:
- Perform installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical equipment, including tasks like flat wall shroud installation, control board access, and hardware replacements.
- Address and resolve basic IT and technical issues at client sites, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
- Complete and submit detailed work order forms and reports for each job, maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Undertake light office tasks such as email communication, on-site coordination, and record-keeping to support project management and client relations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, explaining technical concepts in an easily understandable manner and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety standards and company policies while performing on-site duties.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of IT and technical equipment installation and maintenance.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
- Proficiency in computer use for tasks such as email, form filling, and report writing.
- Willingness to travel to various client sites and work flexible hours.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site visits.Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in IT or technical support roles.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in technical installations and repairs.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification is a plus.
