Customer Service Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service and support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
* Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status and any issues that may arise
* Analyse and resolve escalated customer complaints
* Liaise with logistics companies and third-party warehouses
* Maintain customer standing orders and assist the commercial team with stock and customer data queries
* Identify and implement improvements in customer service processes
Requirements:
* Experience in Order Processing and Customer Service/Customer-facing roles
* High attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Able to utilise business software and plan/prioritise work according to business needs
