The Opportunity
Due to ongoing growth, we have a great opportunity for an Office Administrator to join the team in Manly on a part‐time basis (ideally 25 hours per week, preferably across 4 or 5 days). In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the office and our projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities will include arranging catering, ordering office supplies, providing project administration, coordinating rosters and timesheets, entering data, handling procurement, and managing general office duties. You will support the onboarding process, coordinate training for new starters, and provide general administrative support to the Program Director and project teams.
As a proactive Office Administrator, you will keep the office running efficiently, maintain adequate supplies, continuously improve the office environment, and prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and effective communication.
Key Selection Criteria
* Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry
* Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment
* Proficient in MS Office
* Strong attention to detail with a customer‐service approach
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
