Industrial Recruitment Consultant
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Logistics Recruitment team. The successful candidate will have experience in high-volume hiring, administration, and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage tickets, payroll, time and attendance, and other administrative tasks using internal systems.
* Communicate effectively with applicants, client department managers, drivers, and other stakeholders via telephone.
* Conduct candidate inductions, assessments, and interviews to ensure clients receive high-quality candidates.
* Collate and report data to management teams, tracking worker attendance and creating reports for analysis.
