Key Responsibilities
Lead a room with confidence, structure, and intention
Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF
Maintain a safe, engaging, and well-organised learning environment
Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and your team
Support and mentor other educators
Contribute to compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement
Step into the role of Responsible Person on Duty when required
What You’ll Need
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
* Experience as a Lead Educator / Room Leader
* Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Framework
* Current WWCC, First Aid & CPR
* Confidence, initiative, and professionalism
