About the Role
As a Receptionist / Admin Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team. We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, and community-focused to join us in a full-time or part-time capacity (30+ hours/week).
* Respond to phone calls and greet visitors.
* Book appointments and provide support with client training.
* Enter client information into our computer system.
* Assist the CDP team with administrative tasks.
* Maintain a smooth and professional work environment despite a fast-paced atmosphere.
Essential Skills
* Familiarity with computers and software applications, including emails and data entry.
* Strong communication, reading, and writing skills.
* The ability to speak more than one language would be beneficial.
Further Details
* Previous experience in CDP or administration would be advantageous.
