We have got an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment manager role to be part of our team at University of Tasmania study centre in our Ultimo Sydney campus.

Key Responsibilities:
* Engagement of designated agents through recruitment events, and provide feedback to the recruitment staff
* Representing UTAS Melbourne and Ultimo Sydney and ECA brands in attending recruitment events, providing product training and organising recruitment related events.
* Engagement of prospective students through correspondence i.e. Phone, emails, social media, which are received through direct, agent and partner application channels.
* Ensure all the prospective international leads are maintained on the ECA System and ensure high conversion rates to enrolments
* Assist the Recruitment Team to prepare and send approved correspondences to prospective international students/agents across identified markets and cohorts
* Be able to create reports for the Recruitment team on recruitment strategies
As the successful candidate you will ideally have:
* Appropriate qualification or experience at Bachelor Level suitable to relevant sales experience and/or education/training
* Recruitment or Marketing Experience; preferably in education sector
* Familiarity with ESOS legislation and Immigration regulations relating to international students and education providers
* High-level computer literacy including knowledge of Microsoft suit specifically the spreadsheet packages, experience with database systems and online communications
* Possess initiative and the ability to work with minimum supervision
* Problem solving skills and the ability to handle more than the one priority at a time
* Demonstrated experience managing the activities of self and/or others including coaching
* Proven effective communication and interpersonal skills, especially in the areas of sales
* Effective engagement among internal and external stakeholders
