We're seeking a motivated Service Technician to join a growing and well-established business specialising in advanced machinery including fibre and CO2 laser cutters, press brakes, welders, printers and more. What You'll Be Doing
* Installation and servicing of CO2 laser cutting, UV printing and marking machinery
* Providing customer training on machine operation and software
* Troubleshooting mechanical, technical and application issues
* Supporting customers with software and design‐related queries
* Demonstrating machinery to prospective clients in the showroom
* Providing phone and email support
* Managing service schedules and bookings
* Preparing documentation and user instructions
About the Role
* Based in Coomera (Gold Coast)
* Travel required across Queensland, with occasional interstate trips
* Company vehicle and phone provided
* Hands‐on, varied role combining technical work and customer interaction
What We're Looking For
* Mechanically minded with strong problem‐solving skills
* Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication skills and customer focus
* Ability to learn new technology and systems
* Valid driver's licence (essential)
