Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining and improving farm infrastructure, including equipment and facilities
* Conducting regular maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal site performance
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
* Working independently to achieve goals and objectives
* Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant trade or technical qualification (e.g. Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical)
* Minimum 2 years experience in a related field
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
