Client Relations/Reception Role
A veterinary hospital seeks Client Relations/Reception staff on a part-time basis.
You will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
* Providing excellent customer service to clients and patients
* Effective communication with veterinarians, nurses and other team members
* Managing patient flow and coordinating appointments
* Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
