The ideal candidate will have previous managerial experience in a fine dining environment and possess a true passion for food and beverage. You will be expected to work closely with the kitchen team to drive sales growth and develop the business.
You must have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced luxury restaurant environment.
A key aspect of this role is training and mentoring the front-of-house team, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge to ensure seamless service delivery.
