Isola Wineshop & Tasting Room – Ballina (Riverside)
Isola Wineshop & Tasting Room is seeking a driven, knowledgeable, and personable Wineshop Manager to lead our riverside venue and help take the business to its next stage of growth.
The Role
You will manage daily operations, curate and sell wine with confidence, deliver exceptional hospitality, and actively drive the growth and potential of the business. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves wine, people, and building something special.

* Capable with social media and digital engagement
* Excited to grow a business, not just run it
Details
* 5-day week | Tuesday–Saturday
* Flexible hours with early finishes (around 8pm)
* Competitive pay based on experience
