About the Role:

Our ideal candidates will play a key role in shaping engaging learning experiences for children, supporting the professional growth of educators, and contributing to our culture of high quality in early education and care.
The successful applicants will be responsible for leading daily operations, ensuring exceptional outcomes for children and families, and delivering high-quality educational programs that nurture curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Centre Director in leading daily operations and ensuring exceptional outcomes for children and families
* Deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
* Mentor, support, and motivate educators to deliver best-practice programs and pedagogy
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a demonstrated understanding of NQF, EYLF & child protection requirements, as well as strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
