You will be a key legal advisor, working closely with various internal stakeholders and external parties.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of commercial matters, including:Contract drafting, review, and negotiation (e.g., supply agreements, distribution agreements, service agreements, IT agreements, etc.)Commercial transactions (e.g., mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate structuring)Intellectual property (IP) mattersPrivacy and data protectionCompetition and consumer lawManage complex legal projects and transactions, ensuring timely and effective completion.Identify and assess legal risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.Instruct and manage external counsel where necessary.Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulatory changes.Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on legal matters.Contribute to the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and external stakeholders.Skills and Experience:Minimum of 5+ years post-admission experience (PAE) in commercial law.Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business principles.
