We are seeking a skilled and driven sales professional to manage our sales in Tasmania.
This role requires the successful candidate to work 2-3 days per week, with flexible days and hours.
The individual will be responsible for managing a customer base of thoroughbred and harness racing trainers, equestrian eventers, studs, leisure horse owners, and key wholesalers and stockfeed stores.
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets by increasing revenue with an existing customer base while growing sales and increasing market share.
* Building long-lasting customer relationships, becoming their go-to partner for all things equine.
* Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the territory.
* Executing sales strategies and aligning product offerings with customer needs.
* Planning and managing your territory to deliver exceptional results.
* Providing market insights to help shape the business and identify growth opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
* Representing Hygain Feeds at trade shows, promotions, and events, strengthening our brand presence.
* Providing regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes and support operational efficiency.
