**About the Role**:
As the APS4 3P Support Officer, you will be an essential part of the 3P Transition Branch, responsible for facilitating the successful transition of Service Delivery from current processes to the 3P service model and PACE. Working within well-established policies, practices, and procedures, you will contribute to the agency's objective of building a world-leading scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing operational and administrative support to staff and stakeholders.
- Assisting with data remediation and analysis on relevant project activities.
- Supporting regular project reporting, including status updates and exception reports.
- Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships to ensure project success.
- Managing, collating, interpreting, and analyzing data to produce reports and dashboards for strategic and operational planning.
- Undertaking project activities and related administrative tasks and functions.
