SEL is a market leader in sport and entertainment, management, marketing and commercialisation. SEL manage the corporate Hospitality program for Rugby Australia (Rugby AU), and we require an enthusiastic and experienced sales professional to join our sales team based at Rugby AU HQ.
Your ultimate responsibility will be to assist in maximising the revenue for the Hospitality program of Rugby AU including national team fixtures (Wallabies & Wallaroos), HSBC SVNS, NSW Waratahs, and premium events such as Official Lunches.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our company's sales goals are met.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years sales experience, demonstrating the ability to exceed targets and drive revenue.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Drive sales of match-day corporate hospitality nationwide, as well as non-match day events, across the Rugby Australia Hospitality Program
Identify and convert new business opportunities, while nurturing long-term client relationships and increasing overall client spend
Manage sales activity, client engagement and reporting through Salesforce CRM
Take ownership of individual sales targets, while contributing to overall team targets
Maximise all revenue opportunities to achieve or exceed event sales targets
Collaborate with the wider sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Maintain awareness of market trends, competition and industry developments
Provide regular reporting on sales activity and performance to management
Work cooperatively with the hospitality delivery team, including supporting match-day and event operations where required
Act at all times with integrity and professionalism, ensuring the reputation of both Rugby Australia and SEL is upheld
Requirements and skills:
· 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
· Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
· Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
· Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
· Time management and organizational skills
