With a proven track record of delivering projects that stand the test of time, we continue to grow and now have a rare opportunity for an experienced Site Foreman to join our dedicated Brisbane build team.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering diverse commercial projects ranging from $5m to $50m+. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring a high-calibre professional with a strong trade background and a reputation for successfully delivering quality outcomes. Experience in both structures and finishes will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate trades onsite to ensure seamless project delivery
* Conduct site inspections to maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards
* Work closely with the Site Manager to achieve program, budget, and quality targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
* Oversee WHS inspections, incident investigations, and promote a safe work environment
* Ensure environmental controls are implemented, monitored, and reviewed
* Review subcontractor scopes and ensure works are delivered to specification
* Manage defect rectification and ensure timely completion
* Contribute to "lessons learned" sessions to drive continuous improvement
About You
* Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Site Foreman in Class 2–9 construction (BCA)
* Strong trade background with relevant competencies
* Open Builders Supervision Licence (QBCC)
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with diverse teams
* Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and quality-driven mindset
* Strong understanding of time and financial management in construction delivery
* Tech-savvy with experience using construction software/apps (e.g. Procore)
