Human Resources Advisor Role
About the Opportunity:
The Senior Human Resources Advisor will work within a small team of HR professionals, providing high-level support in the delivery of operational HR advice and to managers and staff across the Northern Territory for the purpose of achieving strategic organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level IR support to management and executive.
* Maintain meaningful relationships with staff and management.
* Navigate complex HR matters.
Requirements:
* Minimum qualification of a Certificate/Diploma in human resources.
* 5 years' experience within Human Resources delivering high-level IR support to management and executive.
* Demonstrated working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and contemporary HR practices.
* Demonstrated connections within and understanding of Aboriginal Torres Strait Islander community structures and protocols or at a minimum demonstrated commitment to working respectfully with Indigenous and culturally and linguistically diverse clients, communities, staff.
