**Role overview**:
Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager and General Manager Residential Properties, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy across the residential property portfolio. You will be responsible for managing a small yet high performing team to deliver marketing outcomes that are aligned with sales objectives. This includes but is not limited to:
- Working with the Group Marketing Manager to develop and deliver a marketing strategy and schedule for the Maas Properties residential business unit
- Leading the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, working with external agencies where required
- Developing marketing material including print, digital and social content
- Supporting the delivery of strategic sponsorships and community partnerships to improve profile of the brand in new and emerging markets
- Undertaking quantitative and qualitative research into customer behaviours and target segments and geographies
- Support the role out of an NPS program
- Working with a small team of content developers as well as external agencies to support the marketing strategy.
