A leading Aged Care Provider is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to drive the organisation's financial sustainability and lead its finance team.
The role will be based in Hobart, Tasmania, amidst a picturesque landscape.
Role Overview
Reporting to the CEO, the CFO is responsible for ensuring the integrity of all financial management and reporting across the organisation.
Main areas of focus include overseeing finance functions, providing timely financial information, maintaining regulatory compliance, developing and leading a high-performing finance team, and managing internal and external audit processes.
Your Expertise
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned financial leader with extensive experience in regulated environments and a strong alignment with this organisation's purpose and values.
They will bring at least 10 years' experience in progressively senior financial leadership roles, a Chartered Accountant/CPA qualification, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
In addition, they will possess a proven ability to take ownership of the finance function, drive performance and efficiency, and thrive in fast-paced dynamic environments.
