**About the role**
- Plan and oversee daily activities on site
- Complete specialised remedial work to the highest standard possible
- Plan and review the overall status of projects on an ongoing basis
- Plan projects in advance, coordinating and preparing all material and sub-contractor scheduling in an efficient manner
- Monitor all works against specifications to ensure the continuing quality and accuracy of work performed
- Effectively utilise site resources in order to achieve completion of project within time frame
- Gain a full understanding and working knowledge of the Company's ISO, WHS and Environmental Policies and Procedures, ensuring that all site personnel adhere to them at all times
**Essential criteria**
- Qualification in building and carpentry
- General Carpentry Skills required
- At least five years experience in remedial
- Foreman experience
- Outstanding communication skills
- Expert organizational skills and superior attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in WHS and compliance

**Salary**: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
**Experience**:
- Carpentry: 5 years (required)
- Remedial Construction: 5 years (required)
