**How will I help?**
The Technical Lead position is critical to support and collaborate with team members in a cross-functional team to deliver world-class and high-quality products for Westpac's Everyday Banking Technology Unit.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project team members and partner organisations to ensure strong relationships are maintained
- Communicate Westpac context and business rules to enable Partner activity

**What do I need?**
- Prior experience in coding and / or testing within a Mainframes environment will be highly regarded (COBOL/JCL/IMS/DB2/MQ/CICS)
- Proven results in at least one technical specialism, such as a sub-domain or language
- Advanced analysis, problem solving, troubleshooting and consultative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Software Engineering Body Of Knowledge (SWEBOK)
- Applied understanding of technical concepts of enterprise architecture and contemporary IT strategies
- A strong attention to detail
