About the role
St Clare's Primary School is seeking a dedicated and organised
part-time Administration Officer
to join our team in
Officer, VIC ****
. As the Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our primary school by handling a variety of administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service to our school community.
What you'll be doing
Providing administrative and clerical support to the school leadership team and teaching staff
Handling incoming calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism and a friendly demeanour
Maintaining accurate student and staff records, including data entry and filing
Assisting with the coordination of school events, excursions, and activities
Ordering and managing school supplies and resources
Participating in various administrative projects as required
What we're looking for
Proven experience as an administrative officer or similar office support role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of school administrative procedures and processes would be highly regarded
A genuine passion for supporting the education and wellbeing of primary school students

Classification and payrates as per Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Limited Schools and Secretariat Agreement ****
