Back2You Therapy provides Mobile Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy services in NDIS and Community Aged Care primarily with a focus on complex neurological conditions.

It is very important to us to provide quality support to both participants and the Back2You team. To join our amazing team, we are looking for:
* A highly motivated individual and currently registered Physiotherapist
* Experience working within the NDIS
* A driven and committed individual who works well independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
* Sound understanding of evidence-based approaches and the NDIS
* Ability to represent Back2You in a person-centred, respectful and professional manner
* Thrive in a culture of collaboration, respect and continuous improvement

* Dedicated support including weekly meetings with leadership and/or external clinical supervisor

o $1000 per annum for professional development

Requirements
* Current AHPRA registered Physiotherapist
* NDIS experience/understanding
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to connect with clients and carers in a professional and empathetic manner
* CPR & First Aid Certificate
* Police Check
* Driver's License
* NDIS Worker's Screening
