We are a local family-owned business with offices in Newcastle and Coffs Harbour. We pay above award conditions and employ on a Permanent-Part Time basis, ensuring job security and access to Annual Leave, Sick Leave, and Superannuation.
We are seeking experienced and motivated Community Support Workers in the Coffs Harbour region to assist with 24/7 service delivery.
Your role will include:
* In-home Care
* Personal Care
* Community Access
* Respite Care
* Domestic Assistance
* Medication Assistance
* Meal Preparation
* Transport
* Shopping Assistance
* Welfare Checks
* Documentation of client progress/reports
* Working with NDIS and Aged Care clients to fulfill their short-term/long-term goals
* Paid mileage
* Training provided
* Part-time hours: minimum of 10 hours
* Part-time, Permanent
* Under our new EBA level 3, the highest-paid community worker will receive $31.73/hour
