You will:
1. Develop, execute and report against a written business development plan.
2. Build and maintain productive relationships with referring parties, including Project Management Company and main contractors etc.
3. Identify, attend and actively “work the room” at events related to our target industries.
4. Promote a consistent message in the market about our offerings and values.
5. Regularly and pro-actively report to the Directors with quantitative measures of their activity and success in building referrer relationships and event activity.
6. Demonstrate the completeness and quality of data the person maintain in our CRM system.
7. Meet a monthly target contribution margin of generated qualifiedleads each month.
8. Meet a monthly target conversion value of leads into business, in conjunction with the sales and account managers.
9. Work within the sales, production and administration teams to achieve customer satisfaction, profit generation, and meet long-term business goals in line with company vision and values.
You need:
10. Clear English communication skills
11. 5+ years of business development or sales.
12. Experience selling technology solutions into financial clients (advantageous)
13. Excellent cross-cultured communication skills including formal and informal presentations, listening ability and the effective & proactive escalation of issues.
14. Able to explain complex solutions in lay person’s terms.
