Overview
Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership supporting the General Counsel / Company Secretary, Director of ICT, and Director of Corporate Affairs & Marketing. This is a permanent, full-time position (38 hours per week) within the Executive Support team, providing high-level, confidential support to senior leaders and stepping in to assist other EAs during peak periods or leave.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-level confidential administration and support to the General Counsel / Company Secretary, Director of ICT, and Director of Corporate Affairs & Marketing.
* Prepare executives for meetings, manage calendars, coordinate governance activities, and track actions for committees and leadership teams.
* Take fast, accurate minutes and maintain action follow-up across governance forums.
* Support other EAs and reception during peak periods or when coverage is required.

What We're Looking For
Experience
* 8+ years supporting C-suite executives or equivalent roles
* Experience navigating complex organisations and managing high-level stakeholders
* Proven governance support, leadership team, and board-level committee experience
* Fast, accurate minute-taking and action tracking for committees
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
* Experience with Diligent Board Books (desirable)
Skills & Attributes
* Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail and tone
* Mastery of calendars, priorities, and handling curveballs
* Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with agility and composure under pressure
Qualifications
* Certification in business administration, communications or related field; Bachelor's degree desirable
