Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of First Nations People? As a Paralegal in our Care & Protection/Family Law Practice, you will have the opportunity to provide high-level support to solicitors and contribute to creating positive outcomes for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide research, data input, and administrative support to solicitors in Care and Family Law matters.
* Assist solicitors at Court in appropriate cases, taking notes and obtaining supporting documentation.
* Assist in researching legal matters, drafting documents, and conducting case reviews for solicitors.


Requirements:

* Formal paralegal qualifications or currently undertaking a Law Degree.
* Knowledge of support and referral services available to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients.
* Excellent research, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Experience with Microsoft Suite computer skills and video-conferencing software.
