THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Head of Key Accounts to lead and elevate our Account
Management function, with a clear focus on deepening client relationships,
increasing share of wallet, and driving long-term revenue growth.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will take ownership of our existing
client portfolio, ensuring every key account is proactively managed, commercially
optimised, and consistently growing.
This role is less about hunting new business and more about unlocking the full
potential of what we've already built, through structured engagement, strong
stakeholder relationships, and disciplined account planning.
You will also formalise and scale best-in-class account management practices,
ensuring consistency, visibility, and performance across the function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts across disability, aged care, insurance,
* and corporate travel
* Drive revenue expansion through increased utilisation, service penetration, and
* contract growth within existing clients
* Establish and embed structured account management rhythms (weekly, monthly,
* quarterly reviews)
* Develop detailed account plans focused on growth opportunities, risk mitigation,
* and stakeholder mapping
* Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including
* C-level executives
* Lead client retention strategy, proactively identifying and addressing churn risks
* Implement customer engagement initiatives to strengthen partnerships and
* increase lifetime value
* Introduce clear performance metrics, reporting, and CRM visibility across all key
* accounts
* Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Account Management team
* Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to align on client
* strategy and delivery
* Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing client base
* Ensure a consistently high standard of client experience and service delivery

ABOUT YOU
5+ years' experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, or Client
Success
Proven track record of growing revenue within existing accounts (account
penetration and expansion)
Strong commercial mindset with a focus on ROI, margin, and long-term value
Demonstrated experience building structure and discipline within account
management teams
Experienced in managing and influencing senior stakeholders, including C-suite
Highly organised and process driven, with strong account planning capability
Natural relationship builder who balances customer needs with commercial
outcomes
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth environment
Experience in insurance, corporate travel, transport, healthcare, or logistics is
advantageous
