The Guest Service Generalist Pinnacle Valley, Merijig, is responsible for completing daily Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Ski Shop and Maintenance functions.
Ensuring that all Owners and Guests receive efficient and courteous service; making them feel welcome during their entire stay through a proactive and positive attitude.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Deliver warm, professional service to all guests across various resort departments
Support Front Office operations including check-in, check-out, and guest enquiries
Assist the Food & Beverage team with service in the restaurant, bar, or café
Work alongside the Housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Provide accurate information and personalised recommendations about resort facilities and local attractions
Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures are followed to maintain consistency and quality
Respond promptly to guest requests and support smooth daily operations across all teams
