The Gladstone Emergency Department is a busy, 24-hour service providing care across the lifespan, supporting more than 35,000 presentations each year. As a Clinical Nurse, you'll practise autonomously in complex clinical situations, provide professional leadership on shift, and support the development of nurses across the team. You'll work closely with Nurse Grade 7 leaders and multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care - while contributing to education, quality improvement, and future service growth, including a planned dedicated paediatric zone.

* Provide advanced, evidence-based nursing care in complex emergency presentations.

* Support, mentor, and guide RNs, ENs, and non-registered staff.
* Act as shift coordinator or team leader when required.
* Contribute to education, quality improvement, and clinical governance activities.
* Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to achieve safe patient outcomes.

What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $135,857 p.a. is comprised of:
* An hourly rate between $ $60.05 p.h.
* 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
