Business Development Representative (BDR) – Sydney
What You'll Be Doing
* Evaluate and qualify inbound leads based on engagement and lead scoring
* Convert inbound enquiries into marketing-qualified opportunities
* Analyse account-level buying signals and map key buying groups
* Engage prospects through calls, emails, social platforms, and live chat
* Ask targeted questions to identify key decision‐makers and influencers
* Build strong relationships through multi-threaded prospecting
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline
* Must be Australian Citizen
* Native‐level and fluent English (CEFR B2+ and above)
* Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience (Enterprise or Public Sector preferred)
* Strong fact‐finding, consultative selling, and CRM skills
* Willing and able to commute to the Sydney office when required
* Proven ability to meet sales targets while delivering excellent customer experience
